All orders are sent out by recorded delivery so that
if there is a delay in you obtaining your order we can in most cases,
with the help of the postal services, trace and locate it.
The goods remain the property of Citifluor Ltd until paid for in full.
Citifluor Ltd reserve the right
to only supply goods against payment of a "Pro-forma" invoice.
You may order products by letter, fax or email.
Many organisations use a Purchase Order Number system
which helps in identifying the intended recipient. However, it is
not essential to have a Purchase Order Number.
Delivery of goods is also helped if there is a named recipient.

American customers should pay in US Dollars. All cheques should
be made payable to Citifluor Ltd. Customers
are responsible for payment of all bank charges. Payment
may be made BACS.

of our Bank Accounts will be found on the invoice for goods purchased.
Payment Conditions: 30 Days from date of invoice; purchasers are
responsible for payment of ALL bank charges associated with payments
for goods.
We can accept payment by Mastercard and Visa
Credit Cards and by Visa Debit Card. For customers wishing
to pay by debit/credit card, on receipt of your Order Form a fax
form will be sent for you to give your card details; the form will
show the total cost of your order.
