All orders are sent out by recorded delivery so that if there is a delay in you obtaining your order we can in most cases, with the help of the postal services, trace and locate it.

The goods remain the property of Citifluor Ltd until paid for in full.

Citifluor Ltd reserve the right to only supply goods against payment of a "Pro-forma" invoice.

You may order products by letter, fax or email. Please give us your VAT number (without this we will have to charge UK VAT).

Many organisations use a Purchase Order Number system which helps in identifying the intended recipient. However, it is not essential to have a Purchase Order Number. Delivery of goods is also helped if there is a named recipient.

Prices and Payment

EC customers should pay either in Pounds Sterling or Euros. All cheques should be made payable to Citifluor Ltd. Customers must have their cheques in Sterling/Euros drawn on a UK bank. Customers are responsible for payment of all bank charges. Payment may be made BACS.

European customers are welcome to pay in Euros. The amount to be paid will be shown on invoices as will Euro account number. European customers are welcome to request a quote for supply of goods charged in Euros by emailing sales@citifluor.co.uk

Details of our Bank Accounts will be found on the invoice for goods purchased. Payment Conditions: 30 Days from date of invoice; purchasers are responsible for payment of ALL bank charges associated with payments for goods.

We can accept payment by Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards and by Visa Debit Card. For customers wishing to pay by debit/credit card, on receipt of your Order Form a fax form will be sent for you to give your card details; the form will show the total cost of your order.
